Our standard plan starts at £25 per user, per month. However, this could increase as you add more capacity and functionality for your Meetings, Risks and Objectives, or decrease if the volume of users goes up.
Special pricing exists for the not-for-profit sector and enterprise agreements.

Training
We’ve purposely designed Decision Time so that you can be up and running in a matter of days, or even hours. Our user experience is so simple, anyone can use it, regardless of their technical experience. But we also recognise that to get maximum value from the tools and features on day one, a little bit of training goes a long way. We can do this virtually or in person.
Support
We provide around-the-clock monitoring and support to ensure the software is available any time you need it. We also have a dedicated Helpdesk to respond quickly to questions or issues you may have. We don't get many support calls so the team are always happy to hear from you!

Multi-Factor Authentication, Device Validation and specific password policies can be enabled for individual customers.

Decision Time holds the ISO 27001 security accreditation along with the ISO 9001 quality standard – both of which cover all our processes, products and services and are regularly audited and reviewed.
Decision Time holds the Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
Our hosting provider also holds the ISO 27001 security accreditation and has a detailed security policy covering physical, digital, personnel and data security.
Decision Time is registered under the Data Protection Act (Reg: Z2120925) and will abide by the terms of that registration where they apply.
