Another step on our journey to high performance
Decision Time products are all about promoting and enabling high performance for our customers and, of course, we always try to practice what we preach. With this in mind, we have been looking at how we organise and think about our own business using the framework of Create, Sell and Deliver. This model is useful for looking at any activities from the highest level right down to an individual’s tasks and objectives. Every organisation, every team and every individual needs to have each of those areas covered and under control.
Decision Time exists to Create excellent products that have real value; we want to communicate and Sell those products to the world; we need to Deliver that value through our implementation and customer care teams.
The excellent reviews we have received, our consistently high net-promoter score and our outstanding customer retention rates are all testaments to the quality of our products and services. But we know we can always improve, and we want to go much further.
At the start of 2020, we identified an opportunity to consolidate and enhance our Delivery team, which has led to some significant changes which we are delighted to announce today.
Noel Doyle, our Product Manager, has been promoted to Head of Delivery with a remit to drive excellence in all aspects of our product and service delivery. In the two years since joining Decision Time, Noel has quickly proved his ability, commitment and drive and has already played a vital role in the implementation of our Risks and Goal products across many high-profile customers.
John Bell, our Customer Care Consultant, has been promoted to the role of Customer Care Manager and will continue to lead our training, support, and customer care delivery while expanding his, already profound, understanding of our customer’s experience. John will continue to act as a champion and advocate for the customer throughout the business.
