Staying true to ourselves with a fresh new look

As we approach the end of our second decade in business, it makes sense to bring clarity to who we are and what we do today with a fresh brand identity. While there have been lots of landmarks along the way, like continuous business growth, a name change, and lots of business awards, throughout that journey we have stayed true to our vision - to build great products, to provide the best experience and to create genuine value.

What’s changed and what hasn’t

Always striving to help our customers achieve more, we wanted this goal underpinned by the new brand. This sentiment is neatly summed up in our new tagline, “See. Know. Do.” By using Decision Time software, customers can see and share vital information quickly and securely, giving them the knowledge, clarity and the confidence to make informed decisions and take action.

Our new website makes it easier to find out how the product will work for you and visitors can explore the smart integrated tools and features. You’ll also see the new brand roll out across social media and company comms. But we are still the same company our customers know and rely on, that will not change. We will continue to develop and improve Decision Time software, just as we always have done.

Working with brand specialists, Cousin, we were able to articulate the values, behaviours and beliefs that make Decision Time unique: being genuine and trustworthy, professional and loyal, and being creative and always learning. A new message structure reflects our commitment to creating software everyone loves to use, regardless of technical ability, and how we like to go the extra mile for our customers and our team. We strive to never stop learning or looking for new and creative solutions that help our customers do their jobs brilliantly, every day.

Chrissy Birtwistle, Brand Director at Cousin says,

“We considered carefully just how much Decision Time has grown and what was truly at the heart of the business. The new brand embodies the software’s simplicity and ease of use. A more refined colour palette mirrors their values, their personality, and allows them to communicate more effectively. We can’t wait to see the Decision Time brand unfold, and the business continue to grow with renewed energy and clarity.”

It’s been two years since we changed our name to Decision Time, and in that time we’ve more than doubled the number of customers using our software. As uncertain as things are right now, be assured we’ll continue to support our customers in any way we can, whatever the future brings.

Please do explore our new website, and if you have any questions, or would like to understand how Decision Time could help your organisation, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
