Decision Time Sponsors Noel’s 300 Mile Charity Cycle

Noel Doyle, our Head of Customer Success, will be part of a team doing the 300 mile charity cycle from Derry to Kerry (D2K), raising funds for BUMBLEance later this month.

After having the cycle postponed for the last two years due to Covid, they will finally be on their way on Friday, 29th July, covering the 300 miles in just three days. The team set their sights on raising a total of £20,220 and, so far, have already raised an impressive £18,000.

Established in 2013, BUMBLEance had one vision, to provide transportation services for children affected by serious and life-limiting conditions in a fun and safe environment. It is the official Children’s National Ambulance Service of Ireland. They provide safe and comfortable transportation for Ireland’s youngest patients as they travel between their homes and hospitals, hospices, treatment centres, and respite centres nationwide. The service is totally free for service users.

To recognise Noel’s hard work and dedication to the charity, Decision Time is one of the main jersey sponsors for the event.

Geoff Higgins, Managing Director at Decision Time, shares his support, “Decision Time is delighted to support Noel as he embarks on the charity cycle from Derry down to Kerry. We wish Noel and his team the very best on their trip.”

Other local sponsors for the event and the D2K jersey include Bloc Blinds, Kitchen Stori, McAuley FL Passenger Lifts, Sara Edge Solicitors and DF Ross.

Noel shares his thoughts in the lead-up to the 300 mile cycle,

“Our D2K team count ourselves very lucky that we ‘get’ to do this cycle supporting Bumbleance and are looking forward to our journey from Derry to Carrickmacross, Carrickmacross to Edenderry, Edenderry to Nenagh and Nenagh to Tralee.

We are so grateful to our business sponsors and individual donors supporting us in meeting our target to help BUMBLEance continue to help the ever-growing number of children around Ireland that need their service.”
