New Appointment - Account Manager

We want to warmly welcome Paula Lyttle, who has recently moved into a new role as Account Manager for Decision Time.

With an increased demand to move to our full governance solution, Paula’s role has been created to ensure this transition is as smooth as possible. We have found that the most successful results are achieved by working closely with our customers to understand their challenges and requirements and keep developing the product to ensure it continues to add real value.

Paula tells us about her role and what she is looking forward to:

“I am delighted to have been offered the role of Account Manager and look forward to connecting with Decision Time’s existing customers. It’s a fantastic opportunity for me, and having worked alongside the sales team for the past year has really given me an excellent grounding going forward into this role. I’m looking forward to seeing what more we can offer our existing clients and identifying the key areas where our software can positively impact managing good governance.”

“I was very much drawn to this position because it is customer-focused, and having the opportunity to build relationships with our existing client base is very appealing. Decision Time’s software is amazing, and we get such wonderful feedback from our customers, but there is so much more we can offer across all our modules that many of our customers are unaware of.”

“I now have the opportunity to reach out to our customers and let them see how Decision Time can make a difference to their approach and management of their governance.”
